  • Identification of the copyrighted work: Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you or your representative, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
  • Identification of the infringing material: Description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the website (e.g., URL or link).
  • A statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith is true and accurate, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf, and that the material has been removed by you or your agent as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your signature: A statement that the work has been reproduced, distributed, or in any other way is being made available in an electronic form or by a physical means and that you consent to the reproduction or distribution of the work or any part thereof, or that you are not aware of such a reproduction or distribution in circumstances in which you have an obligation to seek permission from the copyright owner.

If we receive your valid takedown notice, we will respond promptly by removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Counter-Notice

If you think that your content has been removed in error or misidentifies infringing content, you may submit a counter notice. To file a counter-notice, please provide the following:

  • Your contact information: Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A description of the removed material: Information that was removed or to which access was disabled.
  • A statement of good faith: A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: Agreement to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [your jurisdiction or location] for the purpose of resolving any dispute arising out of the use of the service or this Agreement and agreeing to accept service of process in any such action at the address provided in our registration information.
  • Your signature: The person submitting the counter-notice must also provide an electronic or physical signature of the person submitting the counter-notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed material unless we then receive notice from the copyright owner that the copyright owner has filed an action seeking a court order to prevent further infringement.
